Anyway...
...this is a request for ~PenelopeHamuChan. She's a big fan of the anime Hamtaro (which I've not seen in QUITE a long time), and especially Penelope, as you might've guessed by her dA name. 
Long story short, she asked me if I liked Hamtaro, I said yes, I asked if she wanted to request something, she said okay and requested this. AND IT TURNED OUT SO BLOODY CUTE.
I remember Penelope only said one word in the anime (or wait, WAS it Penelope? I dunno; my memory of the anime's rusty...), but since I couldn't remember what it was, I just ended up using a heart and question mark in the word balloons.
